Kid-friendliness: My kid wanted parmesan cheese for his pasta and they asked my child directly for how much they wanted and when to stop. Treating them with such authority over their own food was nice.

We received two gift cards and decided to use them on a to go order. After ordering about $85.00 of appetizers and flat bread, I had scheduled a 6:30pm curbside pick up.
I arrived in a curbside pick up at 6:30 and replied to the text on my phone my spot number 4 and the description of my vehicle.
After a 15 minute wait, I called the phone number on the curbside sign to see if I should come in to restaurant to pick up my order. The response on the phone was that my order would be right out.
After another 10 minutes, a person came out the pick up door with several bags and handed them to the pick up drivers standing outside (Door Dash, or maybe Grub Hub). I rushed out to stop the person and question -
Did they have my curbside pickup. The response was that they were never told I was there? They would bring it out, What is my vehicle?
The order was the brought out to my vehicle at 6:57.
I was also told that there was warm bread added.
Unfortunately my original order was not warm anymore.
I should have gone back in and addressed this, but after the frustration of waiting I just left with the cold food. It's too bad that my first experience ended up with such disappointing service that lead to the food being bad also. I can say this, I have used several restaurant's curbside pick up and never have experienced anything so unorganized as this. TOO BAD!!
I will not recommend or suggest this restaurant to anyone.
At least stay away from curbside service.
