Doesnt update providers website when they stop accepting coverage. Didnt return a message in 2 weeks, so had to call again to discover they didnt even accept my health plan (even though they said they did on my providers website). Waste of time.

Their brain injury rehabilitation program is top-notch. All of my clients have had excellent experiences, very professional and staff is very caring and thorough.
