Sarah is a delight to work with: she knows the market, the area, and the ins and outs of selling a home, even in the time of Covid! She was a professional at all times, but also warm with a sense of humor, even in the most challenging parts of my home sale process. She always responded immediately if I had questions or concerns, and she was my advocate in every step of the process, providing information, support, and suggestions (but never pushy and she always genuinely listened to my questions or what I wanted or didn't want in the process). I highly recommend her if you want to have the most positive experience in buying or selling your home! She goes above and beyond!

I have worked with Sarah over the years in many different market climates, dating as far back as 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and stays current on market trends. Homebuying can be such a stressful experience but Sarah has pretty much seen in it all and I always felt secure when relying on her insight when navigating through the homebuying process. Sarah works hard to get to know her clients needs, keeping the buyer informed and stays in close communication to answer any questions that arise.
