I was dreading getting 8 appraisals done as part of settling up a family estate. Dreading it. I found North Valuation of Seattle online and requested a bid for the work. Rob was very quick to give a fair bid and the process of getting a letter of appointment, paying etc. was straightforward and businesslike. Rob told me exactly how long the appraisals would take and he stuck religiously to making his self-imposed (rather short) deadlines. The values he assigned to the properties all seemed fair and my tax guy looked the reports over and said that they were properly done would stand up to IRS scrutiny if there was ever a question in the future. Rob is competent, fair, friendly and a very interesting person to talk to. North Sound Valuation has my unqualified and enthusiastic recommendation.
