Incredibly unprofessional representative. We are in the process of moving out of one of their units now and have been corresponding with Christina. We have paid until the end of this month and are attempting to pack and clean the unit. Not only is the representative incredibly rude in her correspondence, she is attempting to move us out before end of the month to prep the unit for new tenants. I've rented from quite a few local property management companies and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place in Seattle to avoid these properties.

judge for yourself: ANOTHER "glowing" review to add to your large collection, after I decided to inform this "professional" out of courtesy that I am no longer looking I get attitude, I do not recommend someone so aggressive and unprofessional Me: "messaging to inform you I am no longer looking for a place, thank you" Christina Lienenlueke: "I assumed since I didn't hear back for 11 days." Me: "wow what a snotty response" Christina Lienenlueke: "Why even bother after all this time? It's unprofessional not to respond when someone replies to your inquiry." Me: "that was my response, I will be sure to not refer or consider you in the future"
