Hi All -- Having lived in Madison Tower for a couple of years, I thought I'd clarify the statement about parking. We love living here. Many of the residents have second homes, so the residential entrance, rooftop deck, and elevators are rarely busy. The situation is similar with the hotel's great fitness center and computer golf system -- rarely used by either hotel guests or residents. The parking has not proven to be a problem -- we call ahead 10 minutes or so and our car is waiting on the residential parking level. We can drop it back off with the valets or park it at that residential level through an alley way -- we always do the latter. Over time the valets and the concierges have become like family -- greeting us warmly upon our return from frequent trips and helping out when asked (ie, might I have left the water running?/the stove on?, etc.). And the location 4 blocks south of Pike Place and 4 blocks north of Pioneer Square is much less busy than those two locales -- and 2 blocks from the Bainbridge ferry and 2-3 blocks from the light rail and virtually every bus passing through downtown (and walking distance to the stadiums) means we rarely take our car out. If there is any downside, it is that all of this great living atmosphere gets factored into the monthly HOA -- but if you can afford that level of HOA, we believe you'll love it here!
