Im writing this review from the office of my dream home that Jared helped us find and get into. Earlier this year we didnt know what we were going to do with our old home. It was my childhood home and It needed a lot of updates, it was also never going to be big enough for our needs. we were overwhelmed and didnt know where to start. It just happens that Jared had bought and fully renovated my grandmothers old home and i saw his sign in front of the house. I reached out to see if I could see the renovation and then to talk to him about him possibly buying my home. We set a meeting up for that same week and signed a deal right there. Jared also was now representing us as our realtor. We had met with other developers/realtors and none of them felt like a good fit for our needs. When looking for a new home I was picky and knew what I wanted and he helped find it, and effortlessly on our end secure my dream home. We were given ample time to find the home and move. Jared helped with every aspect of the deal including finding the financing we needed, and new home inspection. He is someone who has built a great team around him and has tons of resources. My husband and I are so grateful for everything he helped us with because if it wasnt for Jared we would not be in this new house. Ive already given his name to others I know that are looking to buy a home.

We worked with Jared and Vik at jh1Homes for our very first home purchase in spring of 2021. Being first time home buyers, we spent a lot of time preparing ourselves for the crazy Seattle market. Jared made what could have been a confusing and intimidating process, in a highly competitive location, organized and digestible. He and his team buckled down with us on a couple different search criterion, were ready to tour homes with us 3-4 days a week to keep up with review dates, gave us straightforward market analysis on home valuation and how competitive our offer would be, had excellent insight into renovation costs for each home, and walked us through a number of offers and the mindset that landed us our current home. They even linked us up with an awesome recommendation for a mortgage company to seal the deal. We are very grateful to have worked with the jh1Homes team!
