Dana has been very thorough and resourceful in every aspect of her search for the right property for me. Shes very honest about what to look for in terms of any pitfalls based on meeting minutes we acquire from potential condos as well as whether a property may or may not be the best investment based on the area if theres any thought that a developer might build another property across the street that would either block my view and/or lessen my privacy. She also gave me wise advice to prepare my home for eventual sale to maximize its potential value when it goes on the market and has a list of trusted contractors to assist me when needed which has been super convenient.
