Chris Doucet was phenomenal in representing us for the sale of my sisters Magnolia home. Because the home was in extreme disrepair, Chris solicited six viable offers, off market, from real estate developers. Within two days of executing our seller representation agreement, we selected a fabulous offer which was beyond my highest expectation. However, when the buyers five-day feasibility period expired, they requested an unacceptable 23-day extension. Chris immediately obtained a matching offer from another buyer that was mutually accepted four days later and quickly closed in 31-days. Throughout my sellers experience with Chris, I was impressed with her extraordinary real estate knowledge, thoroughness, drive, client dedication, and excellent communication skills. She has an extensive network of contacts that she can draw on to get the most from the sale of a home. Chris is highly experienced and I feel fortunate to have had Chris represent us for the sale.
