Candace made the traumatic experience of selling my home easy, fun and less stressful. She has a great eye for upgrades that produce results. She is incredibly competent and hard working. As we got ready to relocate to Seattle, we were fortunate to find Candace, on Instagram of all places, to help us find a home. From the very beginning, working with Candace seemed like working with a friend, albeit one who knew the ins and outs of the Seattle real estate market. She quickly got to know us so she could recommend different neighborhoods for us to explore. We toured countless homes together, and in each one, she pointed out different elements of the house to consider: furnaces that might need updating, windows that could be replaced, or even ways to add a bathroom that would help add resale value down the road the right information for first-time homebuyers. We finally found our home in a neighborhood she always knew we would end up in, and we couldnt be happier. We were lucky to get the home in no small part due to the offer that Candace helped us construct (you dont always have to have the highest offer). After settling into our home, were happy to now call Candace one of our first friends in the area. Working with Candace was a dream.
