My experience with Coldwell Banker Danforth at the Burien location has been not only professional but compassionate. I recently fell into hard times and communicating this to Liz Broadwell was stress free and relieving. She treated us like human beings and was understanding and helpful. I am so grateful to all of the employees here.They make my renting experience something like a real community. Thank you so much Liz!

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Absolutely do not rent from these people! They allow their agents to break the law. Byron was the name of my agent, but I am sure he wasn't the only one with horrible business practices. I was given a "non-renewal of lease" notice at the beginning of the eviction moratorium. Paid my rent early every month, but I made the mistake of complaining about the neighboring unit's drug activity and trash everywhere on the property (which was causing a rat problem). But because she is on HUD I was seen as the problem (still trying to figure out how she remains on the program with all the violations she is committing). So glad to be away from such "slum lords" too! I am single mom with a great career, but I treated like trash by these people. Didn't care about the safety of the property not the safety of it's tenants.
