I have been in therapy with Matt for several months and the impact on my sense of self, my relationships and my overall quality of life has been profound.
His insightful questions really get to the heart of the matter, and his empathy, professionalism, and approachability made me feel comfortable and safe right away, which was really important to me. Matt gave me practical tools to use when dealing with anxiety or moments of sadness. I know I still have a lot of work to do, but I feel so much better and more confident about who I amit makes walking through the world a little easier. Thank you, Matt!!
