I wanted this apartment because of the location and the security of the building. I also loved that is was on the ground floor and had a private patio The day i moved in..it flooded! Nobody asked me if any of my things were damaged or if i was okay at all. This is a NEWLY- REMODELED UNIT. it looks good in photos from a distance. then there are the holes under my sink..i can see into the apartment next door! cant open the patio door, takes two people. Except for the outside of stove and front of the refrigerator that looked clean when i saw it...it was so dirty! The remodel was done with the cheapest material, cinder block walls and cheap paint you cant even wash because it comes right off. Cheap textured flooring you have to clean in one direction or do more than once. IT IS A REALLY GOOD COMPANY AND REALLY GOOD MANAGERS AND THE APARTMENT IS OK but the remodel is a joke. AN OFFER TO AT LEAST REPLACE MY THING THAT WERE DAMAGED WOULD BE NICE....SO FAR ...NOTHING!!

I've been living at their Olive Terrace location for the last three years, and they've been exceptional - the staff and landlord/landlady have been extremely responsive, and for a first-time renter like my roommates, having friendly and helpful staff who explained things so well was a huge weight off their chests. I am genuinely sad that we outgrew the apartment at Olive Terrace, as the price was good, the placement was good, and even the neighbors were nice, which is a bit rare in Seattle. Thank you to everyone who worked there, you made our three years there wonderful~!
