Out of the 10 times I’ve called Northwest Condo Services, they’ve only picked up the phone once. Duane Hoff was clueless in trying to answer a basic question. Then he never called me back to follow up, especially since we were trying to close on purchasing a condo- of which they were the property management company. That said, the many times I’ve left a message for Anthea or Duane to call me back- nothing. I don’t know why we even employ this firm because they get paid to do nothing anyway. I am working for the wrong firm, I need a job like that:(

Cathie Koll.....can you please respond to our inquiries regarding the $10K insurance check you have had for 90 days leaving Superior restoration unpaid???? Theres no working website, no responses to my emails or phone calls!! Frustrating beyond belief.
