This place is a absolute HORROR Do not live here!!! Management is a revolving door therefore they do not attend to any issues. 24/7 chaos in the pavilion and outside the property. Id say the only thing that could save this place is a 24/7 security service or property liaison. Because this place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. You will lose your sanity living here Spare your selves the trouble and risk and literally move ANYWHERE ELSE ZERO STARS

If I could put zero stars I would. This place is disgusting. They allow drug addicts into the property they allow dogs to use the bathroom in the stairs and they dont clean it up for days! They allow people into the property that are disrespectful. The regional manager is beyond rude they have the highest turn over rate I have ever seen in property management so I can only guess how theyre treating their employees. The rooftop has a barbecue that has been broken and burned not useable for almost 2 years. They are beyond slum lords at this point they ask for such high rent for units that are crumbling apart for a building only 4 years old this is unacceptable. My neighbor had his unit entered because he has a high balance they never gave him a notice and when he came back one night a few months ago his lock was changed. He was never given any notice. Back in November the regional and a manager were pounding on everyones doors saying they had to vacate if they had a balance otherwise she would have them removed. She obviously doesnt know the laws in this state. I will NEVER rent with this company again and I pray no one else will they are unfit for being in the industry

They steal packages here, it's very dirty and noisy. The cameras don't work. It was unpleasant for me to live here. I didn't feel safe. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Local residents may not throw garbage into the bin, but leave it at the door or in the backyard for a long time. As a result, all this rots, flows and emits characteristic odors. This also attracts rats; on the first floor they already crawl in the evening and at night. 3. Local residents may use various types of smoking substances, this leads to various types of odors in the area. 4. Since local residents smoke on the territory of the complex, be prepared to wake up at 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM from the fire alarm, and run outside waiting for it to be turned off. 5. Local residents like to repair their cars near the complex right in the parking spaces, so there is constant dirt, used car parts, and spilled motor oil throughout the parking lot. 6. And the future resident of this complex should keep in mind that the nights will be stormy. Constant drunken discos at night will almost always take place. 7. And of course, the local administration does not deal with all the above issues at all.
