GRE Management

I have been without power in my apartment for a week and two days. Our current building manager has lied to us about it being a PUD problem, scheduled maintenance that did not happen, and failed to share any of this information with another member of the management firm. Whatever their process is for training building managers is, it is shamefully inadequate and incompetent.

Lol my car was stolen and my window smashed with items taken from my other car. The management here said that they wouldnt do anything about it and they wont send out an alert because its an invasion of privacy. Yet somehow, its not an invasion of privacy for maintenance to come into my apartment on a 2 year old work order to fix something Ive been complaining about for 5 years. The work order even specifically stated, do not come in unannounced because of the sensitive nature of work that My girlfriend does.

Ive called GRE before (more than once) about an issue I had with one of the properties (Miramonte) about a year or so ago, they never contacted be back, my issue was me and my roommate has been dealing with black mold for the past 3 years and it took 2 years for them to try and fix a portion of the problem, just for it to come right back, and Ive mentioned this issue to GRE management when I called and I was told they will have someone contact me( never happened, and they had my number) my apartment needs major updates specifically in the kitchen. The mold is all over the bathroom. Which is a major health violation. We have every request weve made for this issue to be fixed, we have several pictures of the bathroom where the mold is. This is very unacceptable.

Due to misinformation at one of the properties ( Signature Pointe) I reached out to the office to get answers took a week of me calling them to get a response, then I get a call and say they would follow up with an email its been over 2 months and Ive called 5+ times and no response just a Ill reach out to the manager Im not understanding now businesses operate this way?
