        The apartment is comfortable, good location and leasing office worker are amazing, understand situations and always ready to help. This is my really good recommendation for people who want to leave in Seattle.

        Unfortunately it has come time to move out of my apartment with columbia modern living but i just wanted say how happy i am to have lived here these last few years and want to give a huge thank you to the management and sophia especially. Any and all issues i have brought up with her have been taken care of in a prompt and professional manner and i could not be more grateful for how helpfull she has been. A very helpful and professional person through and through. Thank you for the amazing apartment and service that you guys provide.
