This is an application fee scam. I attended an open house and applied immediately. There were four groups that came through at the same time I was there. After collecting my drivers license, paystubs, and bank account information and collecting my application fee, I was informed that someone had applied before me, but if that application fell through, they'd be in touch. Fair enough. But they've now hosted at least three open houses at this same apartment in the past two weeks. Save your money. They aren't renting anything. They're just taking your cash.

Shout out to my service manager Kelli Woods ! She has been so great to work with! Any home issues she responds the same day, and follows up with urgency! It is such a relief to feel taken care of by Belong. They have gone above and beyond to provide us with everything the listing entailed when we signed our lease. Home is definitely a feeling here.
