        This place is a joke. They don't answer the phone they don't return calls. They fine late charges even if they have your check, even if you are communicating. This 5 star is a joke. I have a number of HOA members in my area on facebook talking about the nightmare this company is. And as I sit on hold waiting to talk to my account manager, they hung up on me! As I'm typing this!
