Horrible service. Our friend took his own life and they made us cover his rent. Never met a more heartless group of people in Duncan and the property owner.

Total scam. Do not rent through them. They will rip you off at every chance. Duncan is especially awful.

Ignores messages to the nth degree. Very slow with reacting to maintenance or emergency concerns. Ive never seen such bad property maintenance. This is my first and only ever bad review of anything on google, but I feel like people need to know. I do not recommend.

Green Lightning Property Management were awesome. I lived in the 2211 NE apartments and had nothing but positive interaction with my landlord Duncan. Any issues that arose he made sure things were fixed. The maintenance crew was wonderful, A kind hearted elderly couple that made sure I had no problems with my apartment. I really lucked up when I found this place. If you are looking for a quiet but yet peaceful renting situation with great landlords this is the place for you.
