The building is okay. It's a bit on the older side for high rises in Seattle and that means some things break here and there. The maintenance staff is pretty good though, and one of the only perks of the building. The amenities really only include a gym and additional spaces to sit. Nothing exciting. The customer service is pretty awful. I have never had an email responded to in the 11 months that I have lived here. I have to go downstairs and find someone in order to get anything done, which us extremely annoying as a busy young professional. When we first moved in the front desk help was excellent. Now it's just a constantly rotating roster of people that are not all that helpful. Some of them are rude when you ask to pick up packages, or just stare at you when you're struggling to open the door. All in all I think we could have found a better place in a better location for the price. Oh, and don't expect them to give you any legally required notices.

Ive been living in Seattle for three years now, never paid more for parking than I pay here. I even parked on the street for over a year and never had an issue. Within a month of moving in, my car was broken into. I wasnt the only car either, and the leasing office didnt care. Despite admitting that there has been an uptick in auto theft and the fact that they dont have on-site security or even cameras within the garage and the series of break ins, theyre still continuing to charge over $200 a month and offering zero reimbursement or compensation for damage incurred while the garage door was open 24 hours a day/night because it was under repair. Live somewhere else if you care about safety. Update: the garage door has now broken twice in the 5 months Ive been here. Every time they attempt to fix the garage, they close it for the day and you cant access your vehicle and they are not offering any sort of reimbursement or alternative options while the garage that we pay over $200 a month for is closed (this is like the 3rd time this happened in the last few months). Update 2: another resident in the building just had their car stolen out of the garage

Lived here 3 years ago and not surprised the reviews are still so bad. We had a terrible experience. Shown the floor plan for a studio that ended up being different from what we actually got - randomly where the wall should have been to put up our bed again, there was (probably a boiler?) something in the next unit that essentially made our 500 sq ft unit even tinier. Add insult to injury the leading agents (@ claire) were unfriendly and dishonest, and the area is not desirable at all. Nearest grocery store a mile away. Youre better off living in SLU or Capitol Hill. Avoid. Worst apartment Ive rented, even 4 years on. EDIT: lol they responded and claim I never lived here, but I literally signed a lease for 12 months (my name is the exact same). More lies, more BS from this company. Stay away.

I would give -1. Prepare a lawyer when you move in. if there's an option for the new management team (brookfield take over cielo right before covid), having living here for the 3rd year, the new management team charge fees before they aware you there is gonna be such fee , they charge fees as they want, out of no where. when i transfer to another unit, the fee fluctuate from 500 to one month rent, the policy in there doc is decided by "people" not a fix number , so the management level could just ask fees as they want, so it is in covid situation, i don't want to move out, since the covid is not under control and also living in a unit that does not have sunlight for one year and more makes me want to move another unit, they raised the transfer fee, they have no empathy for covid situation, (my friend live here had 500 transfer fee before covid for the record, and they have not hear of any deep cleaning fee and touching up fee during transferred and also in 2021 Jan when i consulted to transfer one of the manager will still say it is 500, and in Feb when i ask for transferring, they suddenly change, and since in their long document about the transfer policy , it is all decided by "people", so they can change any time as they wish.) after i transferred i was told there's Deep Apartment Cleaning and Touch up fee , these was not included in the transfer fee! it's another 270 dollars, the reasonable thing is if you told me in advance there is such fee and i accept it, its fair. i don't think its fair, you come up with fees, and ask me to pay. then you can come up with any fee right? Also the transfer notice list a lower rent, and they don't admit it, they only admit the clause that's benefit to them, prepare a lawyer and the fee for lawyer when you move in. I will move out next year, i give huge thumb down for Cielo, i encourage you not to consider Cielo, in their document they hide so many clause to charge you, they do the business in a sneak way. The only good thing about this apartment is the concierge, they are awesome. by saying this i am very neutral and reflect every facts i observed. Updates: When i left the apartment, the management company give me full refund of deposit, Triscia from management team is pretty responsive.
