The property manager, Patrick is probably one of the coldest, rude, sarcastic person I've had the displeasure of dealing with. He told me he can work with me on my rent since I lost my job, and the following week I get a 14 day notice to vacate. This is after he had agreed to the payment plan I presented and I sent in 2 payments, which he says he "hasnt received" even though they was mailed as he requested 3 weeks ago. I still havent been credited those payments or the $50 late fee his building manager told me to be sure to pay when the No Late fee city ordinance was in effect. Again, Patrick says that I didnt pay it even after I sent him the receipt for every month in 2023 showing I should have a $50 overpayment. Patrick has treated me like gum on the bottom of his shoe since I had to get an Anti-Harassment protection against the previous raging alcoholic manager he had for the building because he was calling my job and telling lies in effort to get me fired! Long story short, yes the Rent prices are decent for Seattle but THERE IS A REASON FOR THAT!! If you enjoy threats of eviction when you are doing everything you said you would, this is the property management company for you. If the threat of Homelessness stresses you out like the rest of America, RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

Living under Cornell and associate management for two years has been an absolute pleasure. The management team, led by Manager Melissa, has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all residents. She is superb and respond in very quick. The building is well-maintained, and any issues are promptly addressed. I highly recommend Cornell and associate.

Cornell & Associates has been great to work with. We've worked with them for both residential and commercial rentals. We've always found them to be reasonable and easy to communicate with. They really care about their tenants.
