I initially thought my landlord had violated my lease but it turns out my next door neighbors have made copies of our keys and had been breaking into our apartment, I thought I was the office, I apologize for the mix up. They always offer prompt maintenance to fix any problems that arise , some times the same day. Can't recommend enough with their response times.

I'd give a no star if I could. I was offered the $300 dollar holding fee to hold an apartment. A few days passed an nothing was heard from this management. I tried to plead my case and how I could provide the evidence they need to secure an apartment. I never received an acknowledgement, and they declined me an apartment and left in the dust. All I wanted was professional to tell me I was declined. Never received that kind of honesty. Be careful as your are dealing with a company that has no interest in you. Just the Money. They'll regret not taking me on a a renter.

I enjoy the speedy maintenance, but today they violated our lease agreement by entering the apartment unannounced while me and my partner were in bed. I don't know what legal recourse I can take about this situation but I will be moving. Birchwood Townhomes not worth the rent for being okay with violating lease.
