I have been contacting the company for the last 2 mos concerning the check they issued for my deposit. They placed something called positive pay on it so that I would not be issued they funds. They have yet to return any of my calls, emails, and I have mailed letters. This is extremely disheartening as they are stealing almost a $1,000 from me!. Don't steal from the residents.

Never received a refund for my deposit even though I never moved in. Its been 4 months now and nothing has been done.

The worst thing any rental property can do is take away your dignity. But thats exactly what Avenue 5 strives for at their Eastgrove complex in Dallas, TX. Maintenance requests ignored for months on end. Pools left to stagnate, and pest control? You pay for it, dont get any treatments. Its a slum, plain and simple. Its gotten so bad at Eastgrove, residents are contacting the city and organizing a rent strike. Stay far away from any Avenue 5 property, you will be dehumanized and completely stressed.

Kody Sanders is very fast and efficient! Has been very professional and even noticed my front door batteries were low when i needed help with something else and replaced them!!
