    DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. I cant tell if Joe is sincerely inept or just lazy but the management of this property has been grossly negligent from the moment they took over 15 days into our lease. We were dupedthe management company before hand were warm, communicative, and friendly. So you could understand our surprise when a strange lady shows up to tell us shes taking over management of the property and then a week later Joe shows up grumpy marching into my house with his disgusting shoes on to view the state of the property. Weve had a hole in our roof for 25 days in the winter! Weve only made a handful of maintenance request 8 months into our lease eland every single time Joe drags his feet. Today we found mice droppings on our cutting board built into the kitchen and we already know the run around is going to start for getting an exterminator out here. Do not do business with them.

    I wish I could give negative stars. This is the WORST landlord experience my husband and I have ever had to deal with. We have rented in different states even and have had incredibly kind, friendly landlords who are on top of their properties and their required maintenance. We have lived at our property since April of 2017. Not once have our trees/yard received their supposed yearly trimming. We have to do everything ourselves. We have roof leaks and all they have done is put a giant tarp over our roof that is a huge eye sore. We have emailed repeatedly on when it is supposed to be fixed and we get no response. It has been leaking for over 4months now, and it's been over a year since the first tarp was put up as a band aid. All the cabinets and doors are falling out of the hinges and he says it's our fault. We have black mold in a room and the carpet is wet when it rains and he told us to wipe the wall and clean it. They do nothing, and if they do anything it's the cheapest bare minimum. And then the issues come right back. They are unresponsive, rude, condescending and we wish we didn't love our neighborhood so much or we would have left years ago. We have 3 kids going to the neighborhood school and feel stuck acting like homeowners on a house that's falling apart and there's nothing we can do. Don't ever rent from this company I hope they lose their business.

    THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A LANDLORD!!! We are currently renting a property from Landlord Management. The rent is extremely high, even for our neighborhood. We stay because the neighborhood is nice and it is close to our kids school. HOWEVER the house is in disrepair and getting worse every month.  Just like all property mangers, LM had cleaned the place up very nice. They told us that they would maintain the trees, but everything else was our responsibility. We have been in our house for 4 years and LM has never trimmed the trees once. Any request to do so has been completely ignored.   All of our drawers and cabinet doors are falling out and LM refuses to respond to emails about that. The doors are falling out of their hinges and any emails or calls about that are met with silence. There are several leaks in the roof, one resulting in black mold. After months of emailing, LM sent out a guy to put a tarp on our roof that is an eyesore and has now been there for months.   Our property Manager's name is Joe Sacco. At best, he is condescending. At worst he is verbally abusive. I have overheard him yelling at my wife before.   Whenever LM finally gets around to fixing things, they send out inept repair men who refuse to call before showing up (this is a problem because i have 3 lids, one of which is an infant that takes naps and is easily woken up by loud repair men) and refuse to follow safe Covid protocol. Any fix they do is the bare minimum, with the cheapest materials and done with bad attitudes. I am a maintenance man by trade and I would be fired if I did the quality of work and customer service they do.    During the winter, our underground oil tank leaked all of our oil out. It was like pulling teeth to get LM to do anything about it, despite the fact that I have 2 young kids and an infant in the house. When they finally did something, LM hired a crew to crudely instal an external tank, drilling 2 oversized holes in our garage wall and running copper lines to the furnace. In the process, the company lost $500 worth of oil from our tank. LM refused to refil the tank to its original level and never compensated us for it.   All in all, I am not sure if this is true for all of Landlord Management or if it is specific to Joe Sacco, but AVOID THIS COMPANY'S PROPERTIES AT ALL COSTS!
