3stripe Management

3Stripe has saved our bacon countless times. I've lived in my building for about a decade, and I bifurcate the time as before 3Stripe (chaos and frustration) and after 3Stripe (order and kindness.) They have saved us tens of thousands of dollars, at a minimum, from all of their help with managing projects and giving us sage advice. Oliver, Ryan, and the rest of the team are wonderful people and a joy to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough. I honestly don't know how we would function without them.

Our HOA switched property management companies in 2017. We did a ton of research and met with a number of potential companies. 3stripe Management absolutely blew us away and it was an easy decision to go with them. Now, 4 years later, I can say it was the best decision we could have made. Being on the HOA board for 5+ years, I have worked closely with our property manager, Ryan, since the beginning and I can't speak highly enough of him, or the rest of the 3stripe team. They are unflappable, consistent, informative, responsive, and provide the very best advice and recommendations. I trust them implicitly and genuinely find working with them an absolute joy, even when we're dealing with messy or deeply un-fun situations.

Our HOA has worked with 3Stripe Management since 2010.  Excellent service in helping us in yearly budget preparation, reserve funding studies, insurance matters, legal referrals, and maintenance contracts. Oliver and Ryan have been readily accessible and responsive to everyday HOA concerns and emergencies.  I highly recommend this property management company.
