Hive

I recently moved into an apartment through Hive. The application and move in process was so smooth and the staff was incredibly helpful! They are very responsive and really focus on making sure you are informed every step of the way.

The worst place , so much mold and rust , when you call them they say just leave the window open , how can I leave the window open while its so cold , plus the manager she is so rude , not responsible, we pay so much money for mold and rust and noise neighbors and garbage everywhere ,be aware from this place

Moldy, old buildings with unsatisfactory management. Especially if you have young children, this place is less-than-ideal. The apartment complexes in Greenwood are run down, from poor quality carpet, windows that shake whenever there are large gusts of wind, and balconies that are literally starting to peel and fall apart. In addition, there is a considerable amount of mold, which doesn't dissipate, no matter how much you try to circulate air throughout the complex. Mind you, we had a newborn and toddler at this time and we were always fearful that they would catch something. From the moment we moved in, we have dealt with harassment from management, as well as a neighbor. In addition, we were accused of a very serious crime, which we did not commit. Instead of coming to us first, Hive immediately consulted their lawyers and only told us a month later what we were being accused of. Obviously, they have no regard for their tenants and only care about protecting themselves. Maintenance shrugged their shoulders at the mold and failed to get a squirrel out of our stoves air vent (unbelievable but true). So it doesnt seem like they care to find a real resolution for any problem. All-in-all, if you are looking for a safe and happy place to settle, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Excellent property management. Ive lived in Hive apartments for several years and they are very prompt in fixing anything and really nice people.

I've had the best experience with Hive property management. Any issues(of which there were very few) were always quickly resolved. The building I lived in was very clean and well maintained. I, in particularly, would like to express a special appreciation to Brandon Lee, the property manager. He was always understanding and accommodating. He went above and beyond in helping me navigate my options and was very gracious. Thank you Hive!
