        If you are a member or board member of an HOA, avoid this company! They are stuck in the 20th century and you'll end up self managed but paying for full management.

        Absolutely horrible Property Management. I have been dealing with the same nuisance neighbor for over 2 years And have filed over 18 complaints With this property management company And still zero resolution. Please report this company if you are Having any problems with them. It is a s*** Company.

        Benisha is awesome! We needed a place to rent within the week and also needed something through the following school year. While there wasnt one place that fit the bill because we were so late to the game, Benisha got really creative and solved for both! We have a great place lined up now and another one for the school year. The process was super fast and easy and she was a pleasure to work with. She absolutely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend!
