When I was able to tell Daniel Phare that I need the apartment but only for the end of the month, never expected that he can caught me on my own words.. and made it real. Ive known Daniel Phare only by phone when I discovered their site.. I then called and left a voicemail. The next day, Dan and I started a long journey of phone calls, discussing about the terms of the contrat. Good experience working with FSPM, Dan has been awesome, good communication, fair rental pricing, fair cleaning charges at lease end (was surprised actually, in a good way), no excessive charges.
