Our son has been at Bright Horizons since he was about 6 months old. The center is so welcoming! Every teacher or admin greets him by name and love that he is able to connect with him, regardless of if they are in his classroom every date. We love seeing what activities he does daily, and the curriculum helps him learn so many new skills. We just adore the car he gets here.

Bright Horizons Seneca is amazing. The teachers are very caring, loving, and pro-active. We love the variety of games, toys, and immersions that the center provides every day. Jasmine and Yee are incredible teachers and care so deeply about their students. In just a few months, we've seen our 18-month old develop new language, use utensils like a champ, and so much more. He runs into their classroom and is full of smiles in the photos each day. The admin team Shar and Doreen are top-notch and ensure a wonderful experience for both parents and kiddos. Grateful for this school!

Our son attended preschool here for 7 months and it was an amazing experience with the staff and leadership. We moved out of state, but if not for that, we would have stayed with Seneca until kindergarten. Teacher Mesa ultimately became one of our son's favorite people, and other staff include assistant teachers, kindergarten prep teacher, art teacher, and leadership team, along with sub teachers, were all part of a team of people we came to trust with our son. They met him where he was at and built trust with him. They were kind and also taught him many skills. We felt safe knowing he was at Seneca. The communication with everyone was great and we felt very comfortable as a family. The staff helped him learn social skills and make his first friends. It was his first experience with daycare or school of any kind so we were very nervous. Ultimately it was absolutely worth it. I wish we could have taken them with us on the move. Highly recommend. The tuition is worth it, for sure. Thank you Seneca team.

So sad how much has changed since we first started at Bright Horizons at Seneca Street in 2016, soon after it opened. (See below my review from 5 years ago.) We just finished with our second child in the program, and everything is way worse. Weve been through *8* Center Directors in as many years each less competent than the one before. (The current one is solid but shes interim.) The staff turnover is so rapid that we hardly get to know the new teachers before they leave. Despite our sky high tuition, the teachers are not paid a livable income for the location. Rooms are constantly closed and combined due to staff shortages. Staff morale is perpetually low and they feel unappreciated and unsupported by the Company (their words, not my characterization). The curriculum used to include science and walks and field trips and cool projects all of which are gone. They used to use a cool gym with a climbing wall and a play structure. But then that became a storage facility. It recently reopened but has none of the prior features and amenities. Our first child left prepared for kindergarten due to the solid K-Prep program. But K-Prep has turned into glorified (and outrageously expensive) babysitting. They seem to do more beading than learning numbers and letters. Our second child had a far inferior experience and education, most notably at the K-Prep level. We kept hoping things would improve, but in retrospect we should have cut our losses a year or two ago and moved to a better daycare. Things are so bad that even Bright Horizons middle managment acknowledges the issues. At her request, the Regional VP of Operations had a standing call with my wife to learn about what was going wrong at the Center. With a great location and a once top notch physical plant (showing serious neglect 8 years later), this center should be a shining star in the Bright Horizons orbit. Instead, its a huge underperformer, as evidenced by multiple vacant classrooms. I hope that the Company can get its act together and save a center that played such a central role in our childrens early years. But theyve been (seemingly) trying for so long that Im pessimistic that any change is on the horizon. I am happy to chat with any prospective parents to provide more color to help you avoid the frustration weve experience.Review from 5 years ago: We leave our child there with great confidence every day. She has been there from 3 months old and we expect to keep her there until she heads to Kindergarten. The staff is warm and caring. The curriculum is enriching. And the food beats what I eat for breakfast and lunch!
