Just bought a condo, hadnt even moved in and the toilet broke. Plumber was going to be $300/hour and couldnt find a handyman. Was able to get a $7 part and at Morgans and they walked me through how to install it. Everything is running smoothly again!

I recently purchased a Toro toilet bowl seat. The small white plastic cover for the screw hole detached from the seat and was lost, probably thrown out with trash. Certainly not Morgans fault. I returned to the store and asked about replacing this flat 1 by 2 piece of plastic. I was told this part was not available but I could by a whole new seat cover. When I asked if he might have an old or damaged seat in storage so we could use that part, the manager checked and found one with the part I needed. He then said it would cost $15. This is a 25cent item. I suggested this was ridiculous and he didnt budge. I didnt either and now suggest that a more friendly and consumer-conscious store be considered for purchase of plumbing fixtures and accessories.

This place was so helpful. I could not get my old drain to stop leaking after putting in a new sink. I had an ABS P-trap mixed with PVC so they set me up with all PVC and it hasn't leaked. He also had me get the "Passion Grip" slip joint washer which is exactly what it sounds like. After days of struggle I can take the bucket out from under the sink.

Had a pressure line burst under the kitchen sink, went to every chain hardware store in my area and couldnt find the parts to fix it. Went to Morgans, and within a couple minutes I had what I needed to fix my kitchen for about $30. They know their stuff!

We recently bought a home in the area and were so excited to use a local shop nearby for our plumbing and hardware needs. Weve been in a few times and have been helped by different employees and have had really bad experiences almost every time. We went in once looking for some plumbing material they didnt carry. They showed us what they had (and mentioned having supplier issues - totally understandable) which was another product and seemed fine, so we bought it, but when we went home and did more research it turned out that we wanted to stick with the first plan after all. I went in to return what my partner had purchased and as I was walking away the employee said well he didnt sound like he knew what he was doing anyway (referring to my partner). I was pretty shocked that they would say this about their customers (well within earshot) but I blew it off and left. Next I went in and purchased a light fixture that they needed to order. They said theyd call me the next Monday but didnt call, so the next weekend I went in and it wasnt there yet so they said theyd call on Monday again, and this time they did. They called to let me know they no longer have an account with the company that carries the light, and that they took the display light off the wall and put it in a box for me. When I went to pick it up, it was in a torn up box so I politely asked if I could have any kind of discount since it was the floor model in a beat up box. The person helping me said theyd have to find out, which was totally fine. Honestly even if they were just nice about it and didnt give me a discount, that would have been fine and I still would have kept it (I had already paid for it and really liked it). Another employee came over to me and said whats the problem? as if I was causing a stink (I had not in the least bit caused one nor did I want to) and I explained and he immediately said nope, thats the price in an annoyed tone. I was surprised at how badly this was all going so after a few seconds I asked if I could return it. He said well Im really glad I took it off the wall then, and seemed really annoyed, then he refunded it to my credit card and said nothing, didn't look at me, and turned around and walked off. I didnt even know if my transaction was complete or anything - I was just left standing there with no one around, no receipt of any kind, nothing. We will never step foot into this store again and cannot believe they treat their customers this way. We have a ton of projects to do in an old house but will gladly drive across town to avoid this store.
