Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

Sarah helped me find the kitchen faucet fixture I urgently needed. She even contacted me with some follow-up information that proved very useful. High marks for communication and friendliness. Nice-looking showroom, too.

Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadnt even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!
