Deb was great to work with. I wasn't happy with my former plumber and through a couple of referrals went to Splash for help. Deb asked me to send a couple of pictures and gave me a bunch of information about what she thought the issue was with a leak. Her team ultimately handled the situation and the communication and professionalism was top-notch.  And the cost of the project was more than fair. She's busy so don't necessarily expect a reply right away but just know that when you do connect she can get the job done.

Many years later, still having issues/fallout from the work from Splash.Per a recent plumber visit, I see that they did not install the drain pipe to code. Probably best to look for a different plumber.

I've requested an estimate today. I received my estimate today. It was fairly priced; I've had nothing but professional texts back and forth on the price and for scheduling an appointment.The work is scheduled and I'll update if there are any issues, but I don't foresee any.This business does not seem to be linked to Yelp, so if you're trying to contact them just text them at 206.914.3779. And also, don't expect businesses that are linked to Yelp to give you a better price, I've worked with other plumbers linked to Yelp, they generally try to scam you.So in conclusion, use Splash Plumbing, they seem like a great small business to me.

I had a water main break in January.  I texted her late afternoon, she got back to me that evening and arrived to check it out the next morning.  I appreciated that she gave me the option to save money by hiring someone to dig my trench directly rather than have one of her staff supervise this simple task.  She got it repaired when I was out of town, keeping in communication the whole time.HIGHLY recommend her!
