In terms of finding the best plumber, I have found them. And let me tell you, I have - during my time as a home owner - also found my fair share of shady, overpriced, scammy plumbers that drained my savings for plumbing problems that I now realize could have been half the cost had I known about Fritz sooner. I cannot express enough: these guys are the nicest, most honest, down to earth, helpful and genuinely caring plumbers. They are family run. They are good people and they've been in the plumbing field for decades, so they also really know what they are doing. There is no one better. Thank you

They did not explain their fees up front, and so it was surprising when I got the final bill. Two guys arrived to clear an outside drain. They brought a drill powered snake. After trying to clear it for less than half an hour they determined I had a hole in my drain and someone else had to come repair the pipe. Fair enough. But the final bill was just under $300. $100 for the service call, $150 for labor, and a $20 machine charge. That works out to $300/hour for labor, or a minimum of an hour for two people when the job really didn't need two. I really wish I had understood how they charged ahead of time, I would have called some else.

Liam was on time (a bit early even) fixed the problem in no time, gave me some good non-preachy advice. Great technician and a good price to boot (5 stars )
