Native Light Photography

What a great class! I wanted my team to gain some knowledge about how to take better "after" pictures of our work. Holli educated us ALL on how to better use our smartphones to step up our photo game. She not only provided us the basics of our phones but also a bit of 'photography 101' teaching us a bit more about composition, lighting and perspective. I can't wait to see our next round of project 'after' pics!

Holli Margell of Native Light Photography is a wonderful photographer and a joy to work with! I contacted Holli about a special "in person" gathering of our study group of 20 colleagues and good friends. The study group has been working together and meeting monthly in smaller numbers since 2000, but this was our largest "in person" gathering ever! As some group members are moving out of state and others are retiring, this was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us all to be together. We wanted a professional photographer to help us memorialize the occasion, and Holli exceeded all our expectations. Holli understood immediately why this gathering was so important, and she had very helpful suggestions about how and where to take the photographs. She produced a terrific group photo, with everyone looking great! That required some expert editing, as it is impossible to have 20 people looking great in one shot! She also took over 130 candid photos during the event, and they are wonderful too! She sent us both color and black and white photos. We received the link to the website with the photos less than a week after the event. The quality of Holli's work, and her excellent service, impressed everyone in our group! We are so thankful that we were able to hire Holli as our photographer! I give her my highest possible recommendation! She is the best!

We were hire to shoot a Brand commercial in Seattle and needed a really good Producer and Photographer. Holli and her team came highly recommended from the client and everything they said about Holli was true. She is extremely detailed and organized and has no problem doing what ever it takes to get the job done. Her pictures are fabulous. She has a great eye for framing. We are looking forward to working with her again soon.

The company I work for hired Holli to take new headshots for our company's website. She helped me organize, plan, and schedule 3 separate photo days, including those for people who work remotely out of state. She did an amazing job! Not only do the photos look great, but Holli is also great to be around. She has a fast turnaround time, and is a great communicator. I highly recommend working with Holli if you need professional headshots, or any other types of photos taken!

Working with Holli for my latest headshot was a great experience! I will be sending all my friends and collogues to her in the future. She is highly professional, but also knows how to keep the photo shoot fun! Mostly, though, the end product is amazing!
