The receptionists here have always been terrible if not outright useless, which has caused a huge amount of grief in the past, but when Dr. Buda left he should have closed the practice. The new dentists are a disgrace. They have no right working with children. From being overwhelmingly rough, to not even acknowledging them - that is, treating my kids like practice dummies, and not even explaining what/why they're about to do. Just awful experiences in general. I repeatedly tried to raise this concern, but after a number of requests we were emailed this link to leave a review... It took three appointments, two with one dentist and one with the other, of me begging them to acknowledge a concern. When they finally looked they agreed it was an issue and referred us to an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon spent several weeks trying to reach the office for more information, entirely unsuccessfully. We also spent weeks trying to follow up, completely unsuccessfully. I should have given up and changed dentists much sooner, but after years and years of terrific experiences with Dr. Buda I really wanted to give his successors a chance. That is a mistake I do not encourage anyone else makes.
