Harborview Medical Center

I recently had to visit Harborview for a medical procedure, and I was extremely disappointed with the hospital's hygiene practices. The hospital room I was in was dirty and unclean, with visible dust on the surfaces and stains on the linens. As a patient, I felt extremely uncomfortable and worried about the risk of infection. It is unacceptable for a hospital to have such poor hygiene practices, especially during a pandemic when cleanliness and sanitation are more important than ever. I hope that Sommer Kleweno takes immediate action to improve its hygiene practices and ensure that patients are not put at risk. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone until significant improvements are made.

Harborview is well known for its well trained medical staff. Those doctors and nurses do miracles every day....that is where awesomeness ends! Majority of staff here are rude, short tempered and are quick to treat you in the most unprofessional way! Also beware: if you come here and see a triage nurse, YOU WILL BE CHARGED! I PAID NEARLY $300 FOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE taken by triage nurse. I never went inside the ED nor did I see a doctor. I sat in the waiting room nearly 6 hours and received no care what so ever! . All in all, I have to be at Harborborview every days due to my job....but if I was a patient, I would never chose to come here! p.s. some nurses and techs here walk around with an artificialy inflated ego...chip on their shoulder...what happened to "we care about you"?

My stepson was in an accident over in the Port Townsend area and was airlifted to Harborview. These folks are the real deal when it comes to taking care of critically injured people. Thank you, thank you for all you did for Brandon.
