The hotel added charges to my bill after I had already checked out, without my authorization. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have not taken any action on these unauthorized charges and have only provided vague responses. Also the WiFi in the room does not work. And this has been the case in two different rooms Ive stayed at in the month. This used to be my favorite hotel in Seattle and It is disheartened to see the hotel has gone downhill over the year.

The double bed rooms are spacious, they have a large lobby with complimentary happy hour and water (which was a nice touch), and their rooftop restaurant on property is a nice place to chill its not too high up or too loud. The food there is good but a little pricey but there are chic fire pits and nice size tables outside of their lounge. It was a pretty good experience for us with attentive staff and other restaurants a walking distance away.

Thin walls. You could hear other guests flushing, taking a shower, talking, etc. Service was great. Cozy rooms with a great view. I would stay here again

The reason I'm going this high of stars is because the employees are trying as hard as they can. And I appreciate them. The company itslef is setting the employees up for failure. The restaurant is cutting their hours and causing customers to wait longer. Dinner we had to go up and ask for our drinks. We even had to go up and ask to place our food order. Breakfast we had to ask to be seated. And waited a while. Poor guy was all over the place dealing with customers. Managers were too busy dealing with other things they couldn't come to help when the employees called for help. Guess the customers paying the bills of the building are not as important. Parking costs over $70. The surcharges are insane and robbery. Hopefully your comfortable with the people your staying with since the bathrooms doors don't actually close off. Great location and great views. But they need to drop pricing for the service given or up the staffing to provide the service they charge you for.
