        Most Seattle drawbridges are forced to work around rush hour, but not this one. It's in the lowest income part of Seattle so no one minds if you inconvenience the poor people or cause major back ups, contributing to the worst air quality in Seattle and more lung problems for the lower income neighborhood kids.
