Diamond Parking Service

While customer service is great their ticket person never checks their info to see who's paying to park there unless it's an hourly parking situation. Why do I pay over 200 dollars a month to get a ticket everyday and threats to tow my car? They say they leave notes for the ticket person but apparently that doesn't matter. And they give tickets on the weekends when it claims to be free parking at those times so even more time I have to spend on the phone with cus. Service to clear tickets.

I suggest that you must pay for parking in this parking lot. Otherwise, there will be a lot of fines or even the risk of being forcibly towed away. Although your car is safe in this parking lot, when you leave, once the time exceeds the payment, it doesn't take long. Managers will be irresponsible and issue tickets in your car. In addition, the parking fee was so expensive.
