        What an absolute joke. Employees are more useless than you could ever imagine. Take forever to get back to you. Parking machines to pay are broken af and print wrong times. Just a way for this joke of a company to scam you for more money. $12 to park and then 3 minutes later a ticket for $60. Rather walk however far I need to go than to ever pay this pathetic company another dime. Highly suggest do not park anywhere you have to pay diamond parking service.

        Given the amount of disabled and elderly people who live in the adjacent apartments, free or discounted parking for vehicles with proper licensing should be offered. It would cost up to over $100 a week for someone to park here for there shifts here...
