If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT PARK HERE! I paid for almost three hours in time totaling to close to 50 dollars all to come back to a ticket on my windshield because one of my tire was 2 inches over into the next stall on a day that wasn't even close to being busy. Once I tired disputing the infraction they insisted It must still be paid. NO SYMPATHY, NO CONNECTION TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, NO FREAKING COMPROMISING. In total with the fine, I had to pay almost 110 $ to handle the total cost. I repeat DO NOT PARK HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE , AND THEY WILL FINE YOU FOR ANY REASON THEY CAN TO MAKE MORE MONEY!!! SUCH A SCAM!!!!!

Got a $65 ticket for being 1 minute over. 10/10 wouldn't recommend the Diamond Parking mobsters.

Just don't. Parking all day is only $35 at the nearby garage on 5th. Paying for it here is essentially getting about $45 stolen from you. They will also apparently steal more if you're even a minute overdue, so if you absolutely must, bear in mind you'll get flagrantly charged further if you have the audacity to use the entirety of your time. You can also only pay for three hours before you're strong-armed into paying for the whole day, no matter how little additional time you actually need.
