Received a parking ticket for handicap parking. Tried contacting company to discuss ticket and waited 47 minutes on phone 1st call and 17 minutes the second call. Called back a 3rd time and recording just kept repeating a partial message. No human contact or voice, just waist your time on the phone waiting. Terrible customer service!! Horrible company to deal with. I guess you just pay their exorbitant price and move on.

Received a 80 dollar notice that I did not pay for parking when the parking attendant did not seem to notice our PAID slip in the window. Currently trying to get ahold of their customer service because this is a completely bogus charge and the customer service line is so terrible it hangs up on you while in queue and then they give you the option to leave your place in queue and call you back it doesnt even ring back more than a second. I have called 4 times and been rung back 4 times and its so fast that you cant even answer the phone. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get ahold of these clowns and still no resolution or way to get ahold of them otherwise. Save your money and NEVER park at REPUBLIC PARKING from the future or face these bogus charges because their employees cant pay attention. Absolute Money grubbers.

It says parking closes at 6 pm. That means both the entrance and the EXIT close at 6. We are sitting in a line of cars waiting to get out of the structure. How does this make any sense?
