        Diamond manages this lot. $2-5 to park, $65 late fee if your even 3 minutes late. They do not provide a way for you extend your time via phone/web. Fees breakdown to $59 late, $6 Handling fee and a $1 pay online handling fee. Late fee is ridiculously overpriced compared to the normal rate.
