        We couldn't get out of this parking garage. Our ticket said "bad ticket" when we tried to pay, and it wouldn't let us out. We couldn't get another ticket, either. There was no attendant on the intercom. We waited on hold on the intercom for several minutes until a nice doctor kindly badged us out. Embarassing and frustrating. Please fix your ticket machines!
