        I thought this was public parking, since it's right next to the light rail station and there was a sign which read "Transit parking". I hung a disabled parking pass from the rear view mirror which apparently doesn't mean anything in this private parking lot. When I checked the website for this parking lot it listed the fine for failing to pay ahead of time as $25. My parking notice says $30. When I paid online they added a $3 fee.
