        Charging $120 to park is outright robbery! Shame on you.

        Add to the beginning, to all concerned citizens, please make a complaint to the city Parking Program if you believe their actions are not right. The authority will make change if all of us make our sound. I parked my car at the parking lot in Seattle Chinatown on July 5, 2021. July 4 is independence day and the following Mondy is also a holiday where most of the parking lots are free. Initially, I didn't realize that and I tried to pay through the app "PayByPhone", it said payments are not accepted at this time. Usually "PayByPhone" did a very good job preventing customers from overpaying for the fees, so I realized that it should be a free parking day. However, when I returned from lunch, I found a ticket. I did an appeal, and they claimed they are not the city of Seattle implying that they do not adhere to the rules of free parking day. What a lousy excuse, very disappointed.
