        Don't park here if you can. They don't have an hourly rate and their signs have different rates of pay. Straight up robbery. The funny part was I was the only car their, like a chump, so they are losing out on money too.

        Do not park here. Our car was stolen within an hour of parking.

        Don't use ParkWhiz if you're parking here. When we paid on their website they only gave us the option to pay for a full day, but when we got back to our car we had a ticket from Diamond parking. It turned out ParkWhiz had only given us an hour of parking despite what their website said, and we had a $60 ticket as result. Other people online were complaining of the same issue, but they won't offer a refund.

        Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else. Parking meter is broken, the app charges you for a full day. It's the same at all of their other parking lots. This company is a scam.
