        Unacceptable for a medical facility where stressed and elderly are trying to get to appointments. There was a line of stressed older people trying to figure out how to pay. Turns out, if you are leaving in the middle of the day, there is an attendant so you dont have to sign up for the silly app. No signs indicate this. Shame on you.

        Closes and locks at 7pm. The app you use to pay for parking doesn't say anything any the hours, and they're poorly posted. My car got locked in here overnight. Totally not cool.
