Fana Hago's is a scam artist. As many other costumers have said this place is a scam. I have been charged twice and had to have my bank fix it because they are unresponsive. There pay portal constantly has bugs and they unactivated my key without any warning which left me trapped inside the garage and it took hours to get me out.

Scam artists. Do not use. They don't respond to emails or messages in a timely manner and play games for key gob deposit returns. It's been over a month and no word about when I'll receive it. Passive income corporations at it's finest.

do NOT park here. I have been parking pass for this garage for 8 months and this is the 2nd time the fob they gave me is broken and I do not have access to my car. I just spent the last 2 hours trying to find the right contact for weekend (after hours) help just to be told that "we don't do that" when I asked for help to get a working fob. I need access to my car and am unable to get to it because no one can be held accountable for the space. Very disappointing service considering it is a 24/7 garage and people need to use their cars, even on weekends.

A lady who works in the office was so rude to me today. I was making a delivery here to a resident and instead of treating me with any kind of professionalism she was rude and aloof. I understand your hands are tied as far as letting us drivers gain access but the lack of civility was unacceptable. Maybe it happens to her everyday and she is tired of dealing with it but from my perspective, she's representing the apartment complex. My wife and I will be moving soon, I just know it will not be here if they allow representation like that. Hope her day gets better.
